Exciting update at 39w5d!!

Baby is coming out! :)

We have been asking and persuading baby to come out for a few days now but nop, he hasn't taken any heed.. Then this morning at the doc's, he measured 3653 g with a head circumference of 35.02 cm. And the poor boy's nose was so squashed against me! So the doc told me to go in tonight.

Huh? We were both taken aback! TONIGHT!! Ahhh! :)

So the plan is for us to have a nice dinner for two today before heading for the hospital at 8 pm to be induced at about 9 pm. If all goes well, doc will come in tomorrow morning to do the necessary.

Exciting!!

Fear? Hmmm, not really. But I'm feeling something I haven't felt for a while - you know, the feeling you get just before an exam?? In fact, I was busy reading the last bits in my pregnancy book about delivery and breastfeeding etc, almost like 临时抱佛脚 hoho!
